Monday makes me mad!!!

I had a conflict wif another designer. i shud say a NEW bird in the company. he is like 26 and he has a few years of work experience. No doubt he is a senior to me. but he dun deserve my respect AT ALL!!! %$@#^  he knn one!! Every company has a system. he does not follow it. he tinks he can do it his fucking way! I am in charge of all football mags includin back-ups of files. he fucking anyhow save the PDF in his self named file.. god knows where he save nia!!! den i veri politely ask him : " eh where u put the pdf files uh? " HE ANS ME " WHATS THE PROB!!!! " i stare at him hard for a few mins.. my eyes were filled wif hate!!! I shout " THE PROB IS YOU! !" he not happy go complain to my head supervisor. In e end oso nobody cares abt his complaint! BASTARD kia! everytime use chinese proverbs to slang wif me. he is a singaporean anyway. BTW he has a degree but he does the same kind of job as me. what makes he tink he is capable? NOW he step on my tail. What u tink?  a useless shit who said tat he wans to die wif his computer. pple like him is a loser..cant go far in life! coz he scare challenges.
