It's been a happening December for me, I bet January will be better! On 12th January, I will be officially classified under Mid 20s. 25 is a ugly number for me. I still feel like a 20. I still have not try many things around the world. Especially sky diving!!! The only dangerous sports on my list. I wish I can live life fuller than today. I will still strive no matter what.
At this time, I will look back at those big events of my life. Did I regret? I will say till now the Only regret is not studying hard enough. I graduated with a 2nd lower class Hons. I could have gotten a 2nd upper. Well, i will try to convince myself, life is more than that. I have a group of wonderful sincere friends, supportive family and a doting bf. I have a complete body with a pleasant face and good health. What more can I ask?! If so, I am damn greed.
My new year resolution will be losing weight and healthier lifestyle. I need to be more active in sports and yoga. Target at 44kg. First, I need a weighing machine. Second, I need a diet plan. Third, I need to stop food after 8pm even though I work late most of the time. Fourth, cut down work hours. Fivth, make use of company Physical Abuse. Sixth, go twice a week for treatment. These points above will get me moving towards my target.
Diet Plan:
Morning- Cereal with Low Fat Milk or low fat yorgert
Afternoon - Soupy food, No meat
Night- an Apple
Target time to end work:
Before 8pm. Reduce stress level so I will not eat alot or craving.
Exercise:
Lunch yoga or kick boxing after work. At least once a week.
Treatment:
Twice at week. Arms, Tummy and Thighs.
