2012 - New Year Resolution

It's been a happening December for me, I bet January will be better! On 12th January, I will be officially classified under Mid 20s. 25 is a ugly number for me. I still feel like a 20. I still have not try many things around the world. Especially sky diving!!! The only dangerous sports on my list. I wish I can live life fuller than today. I will still strive no matter what.

At this time, I will look back at those big events of my life. Did I regret? I will say till now the Only regret is not studying hard enough. I graduated with a 2nd lower class Hons. I could have gotten a 2nd upper. Well, i will try to convince myself, life is more than that. I have a group of wonderful sincere friends, supportive family and a doting bf. I have a complete body with a pleasant face and good health. What more can I ask?! If so, I am damn greed.

My new year resolution will be losing weight and healthier lifestyle. I need to be more active in sports and yoga. Target at 44kg. First, I need a weighing machine. Second, I need a diet plan. Third, I need to stop food after 8pm even though I work late most of the time. Fourth, cut down work hours. Fivth, make use of company Physical Abuse. Sixth, go twice a week for treatment. These points above will get me moving towards my target.

Diet Plan:
Morning- Cereal with Low Fat Milk or low fat yorgert
Afternoon - Soupy food, No meat
Night- an Apple

Target time to end work:
Before 8pm. Reduce stress level so I will not eat alot or craving.

Exercise:
Lunch yoga or kick boxing after work. At least once a week.

Treatment:
Twice at week. Arms, Tummy and Thighs.

its been a long time since i met her. she did not change or rather we are still as close. i can talk to her anything under the sun. she is open to what i said. she can relate my thoughts too. such a joy to chill with her. from classmates to true friends. its been a long time since we grad. we had to grow up to reality. such a shame to work our life away. im glad we made the effort to meet up. i hope your grandma recover soon. life is short. lets work hard so that we will never live our life with regrets. i need to live slow. i felt like i had missed out so much fun. haha. some may say it's worth it. sacrifices one for another. i think it lies on my character. out to win every battle i face. time is precious. a day makes a difference. did i live a fruitful day today?

Seriously I did not realize that my blog has been inactive for two good months. Well, not really two good months for me. I am super super busy and depressed for those months. How can I really explain in words? Its the bad mood swing and insecurity about every little thing. I don't know the root problem but I know something is missing. Im piled up with so much stuff that I am feeling lost sometimes. There's not light ahead and you just keep walking forward. I may appear to be cheery but its not the real Michelle. I am dragged down with those alien subjects which I cant manage at all. I need SOS! its not about just a PASS. I cant let these two subjects cause my effort down the drain. damn it! FMLM! totally feel like a useless freak. No matter how much comforting food I ate, does not help. The one way is to go for a holiday! I need a holiday!! Will someone please take me far far away? I dislike the hectic pace here. Not about the great escape, its freedom I am talking about. Freedom and no commitment. Definitely not now. Yes, I do want a happy family in future. I feel so happy for my cousin who builds his little family. I do envy him. The life of parenthood often run across my mind when everyone around me is getting married and pregnant. I love babies. I love children. I wish to see little-michelle and little-stanley running around the garden. haha see, I am imagining again. I hope I can hold on to the day but for now I need to persevere.

hey friends, i am not dead. im just having a down time now. i am jobless and feeling aimless every start of the day. i did not even blog abt my birthday and post pictures. i dun have the mood to blog. the feeling sucks, a extreme change. i am doing good. i had been busy with overtime at work and studies. life is abit tough for me but i am still trying my best to do both well. i had settled my 2nd last presentation last sat. it was a depress one. i believe wad i did was good, but those simple minded just cant accept it. well, YOU CANT EXCEL WHEN YOU ALWAYS AIM TO BE SAFE!!!!! YOU HAVE TO TAKE RISK!!! too be different and excel in ART!!!! HELLO!!! DUMMIES!!! forget it. i shall give my best for the last presentation and move on to my next semester. time flies, im entering the last semester of my 2nd year. sounds good right! 1 more year of business to grad with glory. haha yes im thinking too far. tat actually motivates me alot. i am so afraid of the surgery. madness. my mum said its a must. if not when it decay will hurt like siao.

but based on research... I should.

i feel worst than that somehow. i miss my girlfriends so much. i like dun even have time to jio them out for tea. sounds easy but hard despite many factors. i hope to end this semester fast. seriously i just feel tat its a drag in whatever i do for school. i know that i had come so far thus i have to pull myself up again. the pressure increase every week when i have one to one consultation with my two lecturers. argh!!!! i hope to create miracle as a brand consultant/designer but i cant do it alone, i have to rely on my target audiences who may/may not love my brand. this is so helpless. i have to come up with a superb solution to please them!!!

woke up early in the morning for a check up regrading the cyst operation tat i did 3 yrs ago. i still feel some pain whenever i am been provoke or stress. its nice to have someone to accompany me. he did nag about the waking up early and not enough sleep issues. well, in the end he still did what was right. haha. the worst part for him is to put on a self-claimed "smelly" mask. i cant smell the stench which he describe at all. perhaps we took our masks from diff boxes. maybe his was kept in a smelly storage place while mine is newly manufactured and supplied straight to the hospital. lolx... so funny. everyone has to wear it inside the H-Zone which is good hygiene practice. i wore mine the wrong way.. haha so a lady corrected me. so nice of her. =) kind soul. what if she did not and i will be breathing in all the germs in the air right?!!! im wondering while sitting in front of the admin desk, why all stuffs are not bilingual? they do not know how to speck a single chinese! what happens if a old, dialect speaking grandma who dunno english at all? she totally cant communicate with the nurses alone if she has a need. sad. well, i think the major aging population in Singapore belong to the not much educated dialect speaking Chinese. perhaps we need more Chinese nurses here. can i play a nurse role by only dressing up? *wink

today is the first day of year 2 semester 1. cool! i will graduate in 1yrs 9mths time but if i am given a chance to continue Hons, i am totally, super duper willingly to go for another year. which means i will left with master and doctorate??? oh i am thinking too much for good. today lesson was @ ION. my classmates, lecturers and i went down to in search/understand how to create a stronger brand and set a higher standard for our on coming MAJOR project. so major, like 50% this time for this sem. how can i not study the given benchmark? i have to prove myself this time, plus its individual project, own time own target. very good. @ ION, i can totally see how a brand grow into a higher class/positioning. smart people!!!! super inspired. i have to go often to study n observe. WHO WANTS TO JOIN ME? I HAVE TO WINDOW SHOP ALOT @ ION. I MUST DO THIS FROM TODAY ONWARDS.
